Located in the heart of Angeleno Heights, this project required careful coordination with the historical society to respect the neighborhood’s unique architectural heritage. Our team meticulously balanced these requirements with modern roofing solutions to enhance energy efficiency, structural integrity, and functionality. This project was a direct referral from the next-door neighbors, who were very pleased with the quality of our work on their property.

Scope of Work

• Roof Removal and Replacement: Removed two layers of shingles and one layer of wood shake from the existing roof. Installed CertainTeed Georgetown Grey shingles, approved by the historical society, to maintain the neighborhood’s aesthetic while providing modern heat reflectivity and texture.
• Structural Reinforcement: Replaced the decking across the entire structure to ensure a solid foundation for the new roof.
• Attic Cleaning: Conducted a thorough attic cleaning to remove debris and remnants that had fallen during the roofing process, ensuring a clean and functional attic space.
