FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT

This project transformed a no-slope gravel roof into a durable, energy-efficient system using modern materials and techniques. Designed to enhance performance and longevity, the work addressed structural issues while maintaining the property’s functionality and curb appeal.

Scope of Work:

• Gravel Roof Conversion: Removed the existing no-slope gravel roof and Installed a modified bitumen torch-down cool roof system from PolyGlass PolyFresko to improve energy efficiency and durability. Added an additional torch-down smooth layer to further extend the roof’s lifespan.
• Skylight Replacement: Replaced all existing skylights with new, high-quality units to enhance natural lighting and energy efficiency.
• Fascia Board Replacement: Replaced rotted fascia boards at the front of the property, restoring structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Re-Sloping Ponding Areas: Corrected areas prone to water ponding by re-sloping, ensuring proper drainage and reducing the risk of water damage.
