Key Project Enhancements

Standing Seam Metal Roof Replacement

The aging wood shake roof was removed and replaced with new oriented strand board (OSB) sheathing, followed by a high-performance synthetic underlayment. The roof was then finished with a standing seam metal roofing system, widely regarded as one of the most durable and visually striking roofing options available for high-end homes.

Gutter Improvements & Maintenance

Leaf guards were installed on the existing gutter system to improve debris protection and reduce future maintenance. A full gutter cleaning was also performed to ensure optimal water flow and system performance.

Flat Roof Maintenance & Waterproofing

To extend the service life of the home’s low-slope flat roof, premium mastics and sealants were applied to all vulnerable areas. This proactive maintenance helps prevent leaks and enhances long-term roof reliability.

Window Frame Restoration & Repair

During the metal roof installation, termite damage and dry rot were discovered in two window frame openings. Damaged materials were carefully removed and replaced, followed by patching, sanding, priming, and painting to restore the window frames to a clean, finished appearance.
