This project involved a comprehensive 8,000-square-foot silicone roof coating for a building managed by Allstate HOA. The goal was to extend the life of the roof by 20 years while addressing all existing roof issues to ensure durability and efficiency. The project also included critical repairs and maintenance tasks to improve the roof’s overall condition and functionality.

Scope of Work:

• Silicone Roof Coating: Applied a double layer of high-quality silicone coating to the entire 8,000-square-foot roof. This application extends the lifespan of the roof by 20 years, providing superior waterproofing and weather resistance.
• Roof Cleanup and Repairs: Conducted a thorough cleanup of the roof surface to prepare for the silicone application. Addressed and repaired two small plumbing leaks on the roof.
• Pipe Insulation Replacement: Replaced insulation on roof-mounted copper pipes to enhance energy efficiency and prevent future wear.
• Air Conditioning Maintenance: Performed a comprehensive cleaning and tune-up of all roof-mounted air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
• Concrete Tile Replacement: Identified and replaced missing or broken concrete roof tiles to restore uniformity and functionality.
• Ponding Area Repairs: Repaired six areas with ponding water that caused roof damage, ensuring proper drainage and long-term protection.
