Concrete tile replacement

This project involved the transformation of a Cal Shake tile roof into a modern, durable, and energy-efficient concrete tile roof, alongside several key structural upgrades.

Scope of Work

• Roof Replacement: Replaced the existing Cal Shake tile roof with lightweight concrete tiles from Westlake Royal Newpoint, using the Cedarlite Winterwood Blend for a natural and elegant appearance.
• HVAC Upgrade: Replaced old AC ducts with flexible ducts for improved airflow and energy efficiency.
• Ventilation: Installed six new roof vents to enhance attic ventilation and reduce heat buildup.
• Structural Repairs: Reinforced structural elements in the garage ceiling to accommodate storage. 
• Vent Pipe Upgrade: Replaced a six-inch heater vent pipe to ensure safety and compliance with building standards.
• Attic Cleaning: Conducted a thorough cleaning of the attic to remove debris and ensure a clean, functional space.
• Patio Repair: Repaired the structural framework of the patio cover to improve stability and longevity.
